Introducing The Main Act, an elegant and professionally converted 1969 Rice horsebox transformed into a fully stocked, high quality mobile bar!
Complete with two friendly and attentive staff, The Main Act prides itself on a high level of service and attention to detail, going that extra mile to make your bar experience unique and memorable, as well as visually stunning!
Built to the highest spec, The Main Act includes:
- Full electrics (plus 'green' gas powered generator if no electricity is available at your venue).
- Three chiller fridges for thirst quenchingly cold drinks, always
- Hot Water
- Professionally installed beer cooling system
- Four draught beer lines serving local craft beer
- Employers and Public Liability Insurance
Whether it's a magical woodland wedding, a fun-filled birthday party or a black-tie corporate affair, The Main Act is a mobile bar with a mission; to make your special event even more special, leaving you free to mingle and have fun with your friends, family or clients!
Bar Packages
The Main Act offers several bar packages for your occasion with disposable, recyclable drinkware provided as standard:
Standard Cash Bar*
Your guests pay for their own drinks at the bar. The Main Act have a modern iPad card payment system and also accepts cash.
*Please note, this option has a minimum spend of £2000 for all events.
Pre-Paid Bar
Put an amount of your choice behind the bar to get your party started! Once this has been exhausted, The Main Act staff will let you know. The bar can then turn into a Cash Bar, or you can choose to top up your contribution. Please see booking options for Pre-Paid Bar options.
Open Bar**
Treat your guests to an open bar where you pay for all the drinks for the duration of the event.
**Please note, this option is Price On Application and depends upon guest numbers and event duration. Please speak to a booking agent for further details.

“I used these guys for a corporate event and they really surpassed all expectations. Good communication, good timing and a fantastic offering of drinks which catered to all our staff in attendance. The event we held was in a large open space to bring an end to a corporate away day which proved its challenges logistically for some that we had enquired with; however, they had their own generator which provided an excellent solution to our needs for. Highly recommend and will use again.”
